In many cases, Radom processes laboratory, instrument, or analytical data as a service provider or processor on behalf of a customer. In those cases, the customer determines the purposes for processing, and Radom processes the data according to the applicable customer agreement, data processing terms, support request, or written instructions.
Customers should not provide Radom with patient information, human-subject data, personal sample identifiers, confidential third-party data, or regulated data unless required for the service and covered by appropriate contractual terms. Radom may process information in the United States and other countries where we, our affiliates, distributors, service providers, or business partners operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your location.
